I was extremely disappointed with my stay at The Quincy hotel Melbourne. The room was incredibly small and felt claustrophobic. The layout is poorly designed, with the makeup mirror positioned behind the wall-mounted soap dispenser’s making it impossible to use properly. The room was also overwhelmed by a strong artificial fragrance that I found unpleasant and overpowering. This stay was frustrating. The hotel looks like it was built only a few years ago, but the room was dusty and didn’t feel fresh at all. What really bothered me was the lights flashing at night. I don’t normally think about places being haunted or not, but this time it was just plain annoying. When I asked staff about it, they insisted there was no issue, which made the whole experience even more unsettling. For a supposedly modern hotel, it didn’t deliver the comfort or reassurance I expected.

Had a fantastic stay here. We had the skyview room which comes with a beautiful city view and the location itself is very convenient. Right next to flinders station in the CBD. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and we felt very well looked after during our stay here. It also comes with a pool and gym with a beautiful view

Sanitary conditions and housekeeping quality are sub-par. Definitely not 4-star level as claimed on Google. More like a 3-star hotel ASPIRED to become 4-star, perhaps in a distant future.
