I travel to Melbourne quite a bit for work & this hotel was a great find. The location was central for what I needed during my trips Friendly staff at the hotel who provide a smooth check in each time. The hotel room has everything I needed. It was spacious, comfortable & CLEAN! A little rooftop bar for some nibbles and drinks are a bonus
Stayed here on 02 June for one night and had a really nice experience. The reception staff Mitch, was super friendly and made check-in quick and easy. We also got complimentary early check-in, which was a great bonus. The room was clean, comfortable and had a lovely view of the Yarra River. Breakfast from the a la carte menu was delicious and the restaurant staff were great too. There’s a nice pool area, and the location is very convenient close to the city and Southern Cross Station. Very surprised and highly disappointed about the breakfast, as it was a perk from the previous reviews on here. The hotel is ripping us off by selling us a $35 add on breakfast (on booking.com, but also on their own website) when you book a room. However, the à la carte breakfast items are priced at $25 maximum (some are even lower). As a customer: why am I paying $10 extra than any walk-ins coming in to have breakfast? One of my favourite places to stay when visiting the city. I love the bathroom products. I also like that the lifts are back to the regular boring not that over the top coloured palette that it once was
