Been trying to get a hold of people at both locations for a half an hour and nobody is picking up the phone in either location not for member services or for the loan/mortgage department. At 3pm on a Monday. Absolutely ridiculous. I've been a member With this credit union for over 10 years and I can't even get anyone on the phone anymore. I don't understand what happened but over the years the service and quality has declined substantially. I'm going to start looking for somewhere else to bank.

I have been a member of the Credit Union for over 40 years. Recently my ATM card was compromised through no fault of my own. The card was frozen by the Credit Union and I instructed to go to my local branch to replace my card. I did so at the Weymouth branch and was told I had two options. Have a new card mailed to me at no cost to me or pay $10 to get one right then. Being it a few weeks before Christmas I grudgingly paid the $10 but expressed my displeasure with the policy.
