Great service at both branches. Early hour drive through is a definite plus. Overall rates are very competitive.
I’ve been going to this particular location for over ten years since moving to the town. Lately the new tellers seem a bit rude and non attentive to the customers. I stood in line and waited patiently for the teller to finish listening to an ongoing conversation next to her before she even looked at me to offer help. I politely walked out. Training should definitely be implemented to ensure customer satisfaction. It is our money after all.
Been trying to get a hold of people at both locations for a half an hour and nobody is picking up the phone in either location not for member services or for the loan/mortgage department. At 3pm on a Monday. Absolutely ridiculous. I've been a member With this credit union for over 10 years and I can't even get anyone on the phone anymore. I don't understand what happened but over the years the service and quality has declined substantially. I'm going to start looking for somewhere else to bank.
