I regret to say that my recent experience at this branch was deeply disappointing. During my visit, I encountered behavior from the management that I believe was discriminatory and racially biased. This treatment left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness, and unfortunately, that was not the case here.
