I purchased a Quincy COOL15 refrigerated air dryer from another vendor. The unit went out of warranty when a problem developed. I contacted Quincy and was assisted by Karla, Margaret and Grant in Addison, IL via phone. Grant assisted me in resolving the issue. Margaret and Karla assisted in finding the replacement part! Great Support.

Waited on rental compressor showed up 3 days late no one cared to check compressor finally got it wont run. No PM was done on it dirty no oil bad filters. Think twice next time you need a compressor.
