i wish i could give 0 stars. i went there to change one tire and instead of helping me properly, they put a bigger tire on my car that didn’t even match the other ones. because of that, i ended up having problems with all my tires. this is careless work and could even be dangerous. i trusted them to do a simple job and they made everything worse. very unprofessional and disappointing experience. i would never come back and i definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone.
I left my car on Thursday morning at 8:30am for him to figure out what is wrong with it and call. He didn’t call that day and he didn’t call the next day so I called and he said he needs more time. On Saturday I called, he didn’t answer. On Sunday I went over and he said he’s not sure what’s wrong with it on the phone and was not there when I tried to pick it up so I had to wait an hour for him to come so I can get my car back. 0/5 experience. We were on our way out of state when my front tire started smoking. I have never been to Quincy auto before but I called at 12:30pm on a Saturday and asked if they could look at my van. They said sure bring it down. We brought it to Willie and he was so kind. He put my van on the lift and got us a quote and told us what needed to be done. He did the work for us and did the most thorough job we have ever had by a mechanic. Nice people, they were able to get my vehicle in within a day and had a great turnaround. Reasonably priced and very kind people.
Willie took amazing care of my car needs and did an awesome job. It’s hard to find someone to work on a Volvo and know what they are doing. This man took his time and fixed everything correctly and did not charge me a crazy price like some other shops in Quincy. He is a legit honest, hard working, and I appreciate the help! Would recommend and 100% would go back!
