The Quincy Art Center is a not-profit art center celebrating visual arts since 1923. We are located in the beautiful East End Historical District of Quincy, Illinois in a carriage house built in 1887 and a modern wing built in 1990.Our mission is to provide opportunities for growth and appreciation of the visual fine arts through exhibitions and programs in our community.

I grew up in Quincy and my artistic development would not have been the same without summers spent at the Art Center during my childhood. It's great for Quincy to have such a wonderful emphasis on the arts. There's always something exciting going on at the Art Center! Thank you to everyone there for making such a great impact on our community.
We are extremely fortunate to have this jewel as an art hub for the trip-state area. The art exhibits include great local and national artists. Presentation of exhibits is beyond professional. It is a great learning experience for students of all ages. I always feel welcome. I love to impress out of town guests with a trip to the Quincy Art Center.
