The owner pushes to sell any tire doesn’t matter how damage it is. He just says it’s dirty. That’s why it looks like that when in reality, the tires are not good and he still charges you full amount and when you tried to change them, he doesn’t do it.
I had used this shop 4 other times previously and was satisfied until yesterday. Dropped my car off to get 2 front tires put on and an alignment. I had basically my whole front end suspension replaced recently so I knew it needed it. He had my car all day. I picked it up he said the alignment was fine and charged me $30 alignment check… I questioned this bc I know the car was not driving straight when I dropped it off. Came in and they took care of me with professional service very quickly
I just got in Havana Florida from Virginia and my car started shaking. We stopped at Quincy Alignment and Jimmy and the guys gave us great service on two new tires.
Was totally in a bind needing brake and rotor replacement. Was terribly afraid of the sticker shock for services and parts. However I was utter shocked and amazed at the pricing! The service workers were extremely nice and knowledgeable about their craft. Furthermore the parts needed weren't available at the time I initially showed up. Yet I was given a later time for the service. No sooner did I show up again, the workers were right on the spot and got to work within a couple of minutes of me pulling in!!
