The waiting area here is extremely spacious. I have never experienced overcrowding and everything is well spaced . I did not ask to stay with my cats at all times because it wouldn't have been appropriate: some of them were having procedures done and I didn't want to interrupt the hospital's workflow. I did get ample visitation time with my cats. I have had only outstanding experiences here and will be returning.
