This company was extremely fast at getting to my house to give me an estimate. I agreed to the job at the beginning of June and was told it would be done by the end of June. As time went on, I didn’t hear a word from anyone. After a few weeks, I reached out to the scheduler. She just kept saying they didn’t have a crew available yet and kept pushing me further weeks out. Beth their scheduler was not friendly at all nor did she care about me as a customer. I would rather pay someone else to do the project.
Very impressed with this team- great communication and great execution. They replaced boards and had a high attention for detail
