Great Bernina Dealer and Long Arm Support – It's nice to see a shop specialize in something and do it really well! This Bernina dealer really knows the product and supports us as customers on all of the computer stuff and machine things. They have just recently signed on as a Handi Qulter dealer and have two really great machines in the store, including the computerized one! Poorly run - poorly managed - poor service – Two complaints: #1 This quilt store owner does not return phone calls, does not follow up on orders placed, cancels classes at the last minute, is frequently out of products, is disrespectful to customers, says "it will be in in two weeks" then six weeks goes by without a phone call after she has taken my $10,000 plus. Worst Quilting Experience Ever – My first (and last) experience at this quilt store. Signed up for block of month quilting...found mistakes on patterns, fabric was not available when store personnel said it would be. Was called and told to come and pick up fabric - went to store - they didn't have it. At the end of the block of the month session, still didn't have all fabric to complete project. Most helpful shop I've been to. Great staff, great choice of fabrics, patterns, books and notions – This is really a good shop. I took the beginning quilters class from Marge and she was a great teacher. I feel like I was successful on my first project and I'm ready to tackle more complex quilts. The people who work there are always ready to answer a question or two. They have a great variety of classes, quilting, applique, long arm, Block of the Month, Mystery Quilt,. Don't waste your time – Haven't gotten everything you paid for? Well, stand in line, you aren't alone. there's plenty of us like you. Owner is very disrespectful of employees and customers. If you decide to go in ask her how many employees she has gone through? How many judgements does she have against her? Is she on cash-only basis with all of her vendors?
