Love Quilter's Loft ! I have been in this shop many times. As a matter of fact, I am taking a class now. I haven't met anyone yet who didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome & important. The women in this shop give EXCELLENT customer service! Sometimes they are busy- I am not their only customer but they still make me feel that way. The business is in an old building- over 100 years old- the girls always carry my machine and tools up the steep stairs for me when I come for class. I HIGHLY recommend Quilter's Loft ... read more
Terrible Customer Service As an avid quilter, I enjoy visiting quilt shops throughout the U.S. This is a nice shop; however, there are two things that I found problematic. First is that the shop is in an old buildig and the only access is via a rickety, slipppery staircase. The other is the service. I was in the shop for 45 minutes and the ENTIRE time the shop employee was on the telephone; or making coffee for the employees in the downstairs shop; or talking to an old friend. Quilters Loft Company is synomous with customer service I can testify that the Quilters Loft Company places a high priority on customer service. Often times one doesn't realize just how important it is until a situation arises where it is needed. This is just one of the many reasons I shall continue to be a loyal customer.
Fabric Galore! If you can't find the fabric you are looking for here, then you probably won't find it anywhere! It can be a bit overwhelming for us novices, but the employees are more than happy to help you with what you are looking for, and they are very knowledgeable.
