Love Quilter's Loft ! I have been in this shop many times. As a matter of fact, I am taking a class now. I haven't met anyone yet who didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome & important. The women in this shop give EXCELLENT customer service! Sometimes they are busy- I am not their only customer but they still make me feel that way. Terrible Customer Service As an avid quilter, I enjoy visiting quilt shops throughout the U.S. This is a nice shop; however, there are two things that I found problematic. First is that the shop is in an old buildig and the only access is via a rickety, slipppery staircase. The other is the service. I was in the shop for 45 minutes and the ENTIRE time the shop employee was on the telephone; or making coffee for the employees in the downstairs shop; or talking to an old friend. Shopping at the Quilters Loft Company is like a piece of cake. The friendly environment with all those wonderful girls so willing to help you with your projects, fabric selection etc. is the icing. The cake or meat of the experience is customer service. I have witneessed on more than one occasion a sincere effort to insure customer satisfaction rather than a quick profit for the company. The staff at Quilters Loft is very knowledgable. They will take the time to help you pick our fabrics for your project. They have an incredible selection of fabrics and a number of wonderful classes. It's an all inclusive stop- from machines to fabrics and notions!
Fabric Galore! If you can't find the fabric you are looking for here, then you probably won't find it anywhere! It can be a bit overwhelming for us novices, but the employees are more than happy to help you with what you are looking for, and they are very knowledgeable.
