Quilted Blessings began in February 2004 when Pam Sprinkle purchased a longarm quilting machine and starting quilting for others out of her home. By January 2007 she needed more room and moved the business into rented office space a few miles away. There her business continued to grow for the next two years. In January 2009 she purchased the Quilt Shop in Bristol, Virginia from the family of Eva Sims.
