Just the beginning of the story have Butler system with Armana long arm Only used approx TWO minutes. Fried mother board in sewing machine. Had machine repaired worked great, Hooked up Butler system fried machine again. Would suggest until Butler system is checked by manufacturer (quilt ez) it should not be purchased. As of now tried talking to quiltez, and not even allowed to speak to anyone but receptionist (company policy) Will fill you in on saga. Again only one star due to unable to chose zero.

If I could give 0 stars I would too. I had mine 6 months and it quit working. I sent it in and they told me the hub was fried. It will $400 to fix it. Seriously, the WORST customer service ever.

After 3 months, they gave me "an upgrade" and it didn't work. Their lack of communication and customer service is terrible. No one will answer the phone and no one will respond to emails in a timely manner. Maybe you will get your email answered - if you are lucky. After 4 months, I am ready to contact my credit card company to dispute... read more
