RecommendedKaren Montgomery was one of our teachers for our recent cruise. She was the digitizer for many of our projects. They were beautifully designed and instructions were very well documented, and she was a lovely person to get to know. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and so very sweet! I just wish I lived closer to her store! Consider yourself very lucky if you do! Take as many classes there as you are able, and don’t hesitate to buy a new machine from this wonderful lady!

You might be looking for Quilt Co in California or even The Quilting Company that is owned by F&W media. We hope you find what you are looking for!
If you need your machine repaired Do NOT take it here. They have had my machine for months but the only time I get an update is when I call them. It is beyond poor customer service - it is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Poor service. The owners to NOT honor their word. Still waiting for parts 6 months after purchase. This company refuses to provide receipts for the equipment. I have a disability and was told I would receive another wheel to move the quilt back and forth. I have called, emailed and will have to take legal action if this is not corrected. I was given broken parts and was told to wind my bobbins holding the thread between my fingers for tension. I never received any lessons, nor shown how to load fabric.
