Quilling Electric is very untrustworthy. I had a very minor electric installation and they quoted me it will cost $95 an hour. It took them 45 minutes and I was charged for 2 hours of labor. After wards I was told since there were two men that came to the house, that meant I was charged for each men per hour. I was not informed ahead of time that $95 an hour meant for one person only. Buyer beware. I consider this a scam and I will never deal with them again.
I recently had an unexpected electrical need crop up. Time was important as I had an appliance delivery scheduled. Steve Q. could not have been more accommodating, scheduling me in on short notice. Travis, the electrician was knowledgeable and professional and did an outstanding job. Cost was extremely reasonable. All in all, a GREAT job.
They intially showed up to look at our project. We were promised a proposal. We never got one. We called. After three times of no shows, we gave up. We were told at one point, "We'll be there tomorrow afternoon." No phone call. They never did end up showing up. Buyer beware.
