No one ever picks up the phone or returns voicemails. How can we visit and help support a local place for our kids to enjoy, when we can't even get a call back for information? Also, Noah's Ark is great until a summer camp with big kids take over and you have to move your little ones into the big pool so they don't get hurt. It would be nice if they had days for just summer camps and times where moms with small kids can enjoy the kid pool and not worry about our little ones getting hurt. My boys enjoyed their after-school and summer program due to their friendly and caring staff. They have even participated in some of the sports offered and Kidz night out and pool activities. The facility has everything they need and I know they would be well taken care of. They make a positive impact in the surrounding community!
I don’t know I didn’t have a good experience here. I brought my nephew to enjoy the pool area. A lifeguard walks up to me saying the pool was closed, there was a party occupying 1 side of the area. I got all kinds of nasty stares if I had a Time Machine it would have felt like being transported back to 1952. I understand you can make a reservation for birthday parties but it really felt “Raced Based” why not allow others into the water park just because someone renting out some tables. It’s an fun place to take your kids but in all honesty the lifeguards need training on how to speak or handle themselves. They are extremely rude and other parents were also complaining about it next to me and I saw it for myself. Methodist retrain your life guards in customer service skills
