Extremely friendly and helpful. Had a strange plumbing part to replace. Everybody working took the time to help us figure it out on our initial and return trip due to the first idea not working. Thank you all so much for your help and great customer service!
Went in and had interaction with the rude woman, the subject of many bad reviews. Please stay away from customers and if there is an owner/co-owner that agrees with the negative reviews concerning rudeness, you really need to step up and fix it. Y’all don’t like Home Depot and Lowe’s stealing all of your business; I tried to patronize a local small business, but you drove me right back to the big box hardware stores. Will never set foot in this store again.

Fantastic local mom-and-pop hardware store. Many times they've helped me just by being within walking distance. If these good people didn't exist, we'd all have to drive 30-60m in summer traffic along Coastal (yikes!) to the Lowes or Home Depot. Just for that, I'm grateful for them! P.S.: Very well stocked for a small mom-and pop, and friendly folks too!
