We hired Quillen Bros to install some windows on the front of our house. The installers were polite and friendly, and they made sure to check with us that everything was correct with our order before they began any work. We did have some concerns about the sealing job on two of the windows, but they promptly sent someone out to correct the issue. The windows look great, and we are very happy with our purchase.

I signed up for a quote from Quillen brothers. Josh Erman contacted me to set up a time to come give us the free quote. It was really hard for us to connect due to my busy work schedule. He was very persistent and we finally scheduled a time for him to come to my home. He told me he would give me a confirmation call the day before. I never received a confirmation call.
