I called and spoke with KIM. She is the schedule TSAR apparently. I tried explaining to her that I have an urgent surgery requirement. I explained that I have Tricare Select PPO for retirees. I had read a review stating that he moves fast and was in the hospital over the weekend and need surgery soon, so this *seemed* optimal. She said that I need to get a referral from the VA. 1. I feel extremely fortunate to have had Dr. Quilici perform my double mastectomy 7 weeks ago. Not only is he an amazing surgeon but he is also extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Throughout the scariest time of my life, Dr. Quilici made feel happy and hopeful with his confidence and positive attitude. The dr is amazing the front desk girl is very dry and not inviting at all. I suffer from colorectal cancer and I still have my warm friendly personality, Imagine if she had to wake up with cancer every morning. Even if you have an appointment you will be waiting forever, the surgeon is the best but it comes at a cost, waiting and getting attitude from the front desk. Customer service here is terrible. I think thr girl is mad because she can only get a job as a receptionist.
The doctor is outstanding but the front desk will have you waiting for over an hour for your appointment . They don’t answer the phone. Their internet is constantly down. I really like this place because they took me in when I missed my appointment. But I can’t ignore how they drop tag ball so much. Their phone doesn’t even work for God sake
