Went to Equilibrum to get my knee brace that I bought there some roughly 20 years ago , Don Joy , They serviced it up to last year when I brought it in and was told after they had kept it two weeks they could not do anything with it because they did not make that Don Joy model anymore. They tried to sell me another knee brace. Contacted a company from Ontario to see if possible to try and do something, was told that the make of knee brace was still a single. Staff and service was great. Product not so much… you’d think a 400$ brace would be durable. I had to get my brace fixed a few times, but decided to not get it fixed again as it costs time off work and it’s just going to break again next time I wear it.
