Staff and service was great. Product not so much… you’d think a 400$ brace would be durable. I had to get my brace fixed a few times, but decided to not get it fixed again as it costs time off work and it’s just going to break again next time I wear it.

I would recommend 100%. I have gone myself and received great service. My partner who wears 2 KFO due to GBS has been seeing them over 2 years and the care he gets is amazing, they are very empathetic and go out of their way to help their patients. Highly recommend!
