My fiance and I have been customers for years. We have no complaints. Mark is great. The girls in the pharmacy are always helpful. They do the best they can, and that's all we could ask for. Gift shop is super cute, a little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. Quality items.
Worst pharmacy ever, Dr sent RX two days ago , I go to pick it up and I’m told they are not accepting new customers??! And no plan to let me know. Said they weren’t going to let me know cuz they are too busy. Thanks for the wasted trip. Seriously, who does this??? Will never step foot in this place again. Like they care, haha since they don’t need any new customers.
Good service, I was helped pretty quickly.
Great items for birthdays for mom or wife. Didn’t like the feel of the lady watching us like a hawk and coming to grab and hold stuff up front. Didn’t feel very inviting but maybe they have had prior theft. Ended up spending over 200$ in our visit.
So far so good, rite aid smokey point switched to CVS and its been absolutely horrendous getting any of my prescriptions filled there (apparently they just have no medications available during their change and left their customers out to dry) and bartell drugs is closing too? Glad to be going with a mom and pop store now anyway, would rather my business go here than to a corporation. The gift shop and coffee shop inside are cool too, gives you something to do while you wait on your prescription to be filled :)
