Even though I moved from Encino to Woodland Hills, but I would still be a loyal customer. such friendly customer service, positive staff, and great car wash machines 👍
So far every time I come to this car wash I’ve had an outstanding experience. The customer service is the best! when I’ve had an issue I’ve been treated like I was a personal friend of the owner,. A true VIP experience not many other places seem to offer nowadays. Keep up the good work.
Removing positive feedback
I bought a quick wash last month & haven’t been informed that it will auto renew! I stopped by the same day the second month transaction happened and they said I can’t have my money back since i signed the receipt which includes the T&C. I really don’t appreciate this tricky way into tricking ppl to auto renew while not being exactly aware or informed clearly what they’re signing up for.
