Lucas is too entertained with his phone to bother giving any ounce of customer service. He acted like we were a huge inconvenience for even bothering coming up to the counter. 9/27/26 9:42 pm. Look at the cameras.
QT used to be good. Most still are but the one on Troy road is horrible. The tea hasn't been good in a month it taste old and the dispensers always have the message to make fresh batch. I've complained to the workers but they lie and say they "just made it." Today the mango tea actually smelled moldy and the raspberry tea was cloudy and orange. I'm not sure if they had a manager change or what but this QT is really really bad. It's always dirty also.
