Stopped here for a quick refuel, bathroom break, and snack haul for our road trip. Clean restrooms and clean store. Friendly service. Good coffee.
The cashier Charles was very rude. I had my service dog and he told me no dogs in the store. Yet it was a SERVICE DOG! He tells me it because dog pee on the floor. That’s not my problem my dog is very well trained. The issue is telling someone with a service dog that the dog is not allowed. I do not have to have a tag for my service dog, nor do I have to provide proof. This man was very nasty and rude and loud in front of other staff and customers. He needs to fired or retrained.
