A week ago, I had a bad coffee experience at this QuikTrip and left pretty disappointed. When I came back a week later, I mentioned what happened to Stephanie, the manager. She didn’t hesitate for a second — she stepped in and completely turned things around. Even though it wasn’t from that day, Stephanie treated my concern like it mattered.
