This is the third time I’ve come to this gas station to use my QT quick pay, and it goes through the whole process, authorizes the payment, tells me the bump is ready and to begin pumping only to find out the pump isn’t ready. The cashier is of no help at all, but not from lack of trying, and this is the only QT I’ve had this problem. That’s $10 in savings. I’ve lost at this gas station. It’s the last time I will be at this gas station.
Quick, friendly staff, seems to near always be busy.
I tried to cancel an order in store, they don't cancel orders in store or the app. You have to call customer service for a refund. My order hadn't even been made yet.
