Great customer service. Erik was very professional and displayed great customer service.
My husband and I went to the QT he was craving an apple fritter so we go in and there was a young girl very nice she was putting the donuts inside the shelves and also checking out.I asked her if she had apple fritter she said yes let me check out and I will help u. There was another gentleman that came from the back and the girl told him can u help them so he asked me what do u need I said can I have an apple fritter then he said wait until she is done and he walked away. My Husband Ryan a Jiffy Lube manager loves this QT location so.much he's there almost every day getting gas snacks and more !! He's there so much I feel like I'm there too!!!! His favorite is the QT coffee he stops in multiple times a day for coffee and snacks!!! He loves the gas stations !!!
They put beer so high up on the shelves and bottles drop. Employee gave me a dirty look when I went to grab a 6 pack of beer and one dropped out of the pack. Instead of making me feel welcomed and that it was an accident, he practically embarrassed me. Worst customer service.
