Dear ALL QT, bring back the XYIENCE, frost berry!! Nobody likes cherry lime, that’s why they are always stocked ?!?
Definitely need better management. Slowest I've ever seen a QT. No one moves with a purpose and the socializing amongst staff comes before customer service. It took 15 min to get a grilled cheese and there's no hustle and def was no direction. Management watched the whole time even while customers waited at check out.
