I just ordered food from the kitchen on the app and went to pick it up and brought it home to find out half the order was wrong. Both biscuits came without sausage even though I clearly asked for it and the biscuits themselves were gross and stale. When I called up there to ask if we could get it remedied the phone rang for 2 mins and then someone on the other end picked up didn't speak and set the phone right back down. Very disappointed
