Staff always short and nvr welcomes me in. The bathrooms r always so dirty I walk right back out cause they aren’t cleaned every hr like they say they do. Cups are often empty. The list goes on . Go to Casey’s or something cleaner and better taken care of
I love their coffee selection at QT! They have so many different options, it's a great update, especially at this particular location. The building is always clean (I saw the cleaning robot strolling along side me the other day!) and the staff are always awesome about greeting you and assisting as needed. It's always a quick and efficient pit stop whenever we stop in. They also have an easy to use, well-lit spot for putting air in your tires, located right by the gas pumps. It's a safe and clean location to stop at!

There is no way the whole staff should be at the front counter conversing and debating on who should help me. I stop in around 5pm today and experienced horrible customer service. Please fire the whole 2nd shift staff. I had to drive down the road and get my gas at Hyvee Gas where I experienced good customer service. As a fellow businesswoman my advise to you all is to do better!! You are all making QT look really bad.
