What's the deal with the coffee? It sucks, does he ever look or taste like real coffee and the cappuccino machines 98% of the time are closed due to maintenance and not working
The Manager Nicholas wowed me! It is well below freezing here in Wichita, and my gas cap had frozen shut, so i couldn't get gas. Anyway, I went into the QT cashier, told her my problem and next thing I know, Nicholas was putting on extra clothes, grabbing his de-icer and saving my day! Thank you, Nicholas! You are my new hero!
