Sent the wrong paper cutter for my printer, description wrong on their site. Because I broke the seal on the box to find out they sent me the wrong part, they would not consider a return. Their site does not even list the HP part number for their items. Nor did they even have the right part to sell me after I called them. HP Q1292-60064 Media Cutter Assembly HP DesignJet 110/ 111/30 only , is not for a T120!!!! It should have been a HP CQ890-67091...
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. BUYER BEWARE! Their website states 100% customer satisfaction but does not say it is only for UNopened or defective items. If you rely on this expecting to be able to exchange an incorrect item, you will be sorry. They do NOT care even 1% about customer satisfaction. Lesson Learned.
Lies, Lies and more lies. They did not ship the merchandise when they said they would which left my business hanging for an extra day. They did not ship the merchandise from the location that they gave as the shipping location which took an extra 4 days. They did not provide me with a tracking # for FedEx via e-mail like they said they would. QuikShip is a quick rip-off.
