Booked this team to do a carpet clean for a move out and the final result was just okay. I have cleaned the carpet myself with similar results. Asked about removing stains and was told they worked on the stains and they still wouldn’t come out, and they would have to charge too much to clean. Ended up buying product and working some of the stains myself, and hiring another team to assist with tougher stains and got most of them out.
