Adan Ortiz had all employees sign an IPC J-STD-001 certification for an Assa Abloy audit. The employees were not given any training. On Dec 22, 2016, Alexis Alvarez dropped a rack of 50 After Master pc assembly boards. Alexis continue to package and ship the assembly to the customer. I had a small project I needed help with. Quik Tek helped me buy both the parts and bare boards I needed. They assembled my project quickly with very good quality. Hello, I am here to set things straight. Mr ortiz is a liar and one of the most manipulative people I have ever encountered while i was there I witnessed 2 male Hispanics sexually violating eachother during work hours, the questions I had for mr ortiz were never directly answered.. he has no idea what hes doing ms rhodes was a bit more helpful but still very rude the receptionist looked like she was on drugs and looked like she should be a receptionist on skidrow tatoos all over her arms including marijuana plants seemed ver... read more

It makes you wonder about the integrity and honesty of ones company when they continue to post false statements against another leading competitor and sign it with a fake profile. You can understand the man names Don or something. He is hispanic and can't explain the answers to questions asked in a dialect that an average person can understand. On top of this, they deflect customers with a different address and have you running between both locations. I also read a review online that they had several pieces of equipment repossessed because they didn't make the payments on them. Does not seem very reliable to me. The only person able to answer and technical questions was a hispanic man and I couldn't even understand what he said his name was! The receptionist was very rude and wouldn't transfer me without getting a direct question and she wouldn't even give her name when asked! Horrible customer service which is unthinkable considering it's a new business. Which by the way, their company profile is false because there is no way they make over 5 million a year annually!
