Pedro, you gave me confidence parking again in Manhattan (I never trust NYC Parking: they are very pricey and have poor service. You deserve a 10-star. I parked Saturday morning for an event at St Patrick's Cathedral, it is a decent walk, and got in the early bird all Saturday special. Nice find. Pedro, muchas gracias. Dcn John
I had an absolute horrible experience. After booking the reservation on the app, where there is no option to specify whether your car is standard or may be oversize (I have a normal SUV). I arrive and the attendants indicated everything was fine with the car and reservation and so I left it to be parked. When I return to pick up my car, they THEN tell me its oversized and there is an extra $18 charge. And they were rude with how they talked to me and my family about this.
