I was a out of state customer which makes everything difficult.. However i never felt valued as a customer! We were unable to finish my bike. Mike was trying to help another customer resolve issues and tune at the same time. My bike unfortunately got the short end of the stick. Communication was VERY poor and i did everything possible on my end to be left hanging. Was looking for a shop to help with a bike issue. They could NOT help me with my issue because they do not work on carbureted bikes. Despite that, they took the time to call me back, explain the situation, and recommend another person I could try. This made them no money. They did it because I needed help. As another small shop owner I respect them taking the time to do that. I take that as a good sign of their demeanor and the type of people you'll be dealing with.
Before I took my bike to QC's my H2 was very jerky. Mike re ordered me tuning materials and returned my bike. My bike is running like a sewing machine and that's 300plus rwhp. I definitely recommend allowing QC's tune your bike. You can go ahead and thank me in advance....
