Always an easy and pleasant experience. We have always been in and out within 15 minutes. It's convenient and fast. Paystubs and 30 day bank statement are only required the first time. After that you only need to bring a check which is nice for us. I've asked what seems like a million questions and the manager has never been anything less than helpful and informative. The manager of this place is very unethical. In public she was disussing with her husband how "stupid her back up worker is & her patrons" after she received an unwanted cell call requesting assistance. While on the phone with her associate she was very inappropriate including the language she was using about the patron they were speaking of. Not cool lady, if you hate your job that much get out.
