People working at the 8520 WShington Ave, Thornton Colorado are extremely rude to customers. Offers sent to people are incomplete , agents are disrespectful when questions are asked. Retraining g on customer service is desperately needed.
I borrowed $150, I have to pay back $205. I had a check returned on me and they assessed me extra fees. I'm not in good health, I have prostate, and it's caused me to get behind on my payments. The manager in customer service was completely inappropriate, so disrespectful. This was while I was calling to make restitution and she was out of line. She was unprofessional. Telling me I'm dishonest, that I'm not trying to resolve the matter, demoralizing me, hurt my feelings.
This company is a rip off. They will quickly take you to court over a $300-$400 dollar loan. Forget about it going to collections. Then they will expect you to pay the attorney fee's as well. To top it off they will disclose private information to a third party and leave court papers on the front doorstep in which anything could have happen to them.
