I would think twice if you are even contemplating making an appointment here. They called me the day of my appointment and canceled. Then they told me to come in an hour late for my rescheduled appointment. I didn't understand why and they told me the doctor is always late. The office is old and small. There were 6 people waiting when I got there..all if whom were complaining about the wait. I waited 1 1/2 hours when I saw the doctor come strolling in. Office staff extremely rude! I got stuck in the shoebox sized elevator with my scooter, when I rang the alarm bell, no response. Then the Office receptionist yelled at me in front of the people in the waiting room that I was late. Never going back there again.
Very rude lady who has 0 people skills or any skills for that matter. Do not recommend!!
Utterly outrageous. Appointment times are meaningless. They tell you to show up two hours late and you’ll still wait an extra hour or two or be told to come back tomorrow. The doctor just doesn’t show up or is extremely. The staff all knows it and no one does anything about it. Completely disrespectful of everyone’s time.
Fr Quijada saved my life and I thank God for her every day.
