I only put a star becouse I had to but Cairns Quinn is redicules 1 you will not get needle exchange help or any drug use alcahole use help it is absolutely ridiculous descraceful compared to Brisbane is Brisbane the exchange keeps it alive I dont rate this place at all... I even rang up a week before so false advertising... It's sad cause you could turn that Quinn into something amazing especially with the contact I have from Brisbane even Sunshine coast in better 😡😠🤦
