I’m very thankful for a car salesman like Steve. He is honest, straightforward and doesn’t play games. We were in and out within minutes, got a great deal on a Jeep Wrangler without all the back and forth, time-consuming negotiations. I wasn’t looking forward to buying a car, because the dealership experiences can be very unpleasant, but he was the absolute best. Glad to see car salesman like him exist!
Took my truck in for ac diagnostic. Pulled the fuse on my compressor to see if they would actually do a proper diagnostic. They didnt. Fuse is still missing and no mention of the fuse missing during the diagnostic. Place is a scam. $194 diagnostic for them to drive my truck in and out of the shop. Told me my compressor was bad and water pump was leaking. I have never had to add coolant so how would my water pump be leaking? $3500 to fix everything. What a scam. 0 stars if i could. Service department did my state inspection and some recalls. Good service and communication. Recommend for sure.
They went above and beyond, their was a mistake on their part while I was buying a new Maverick and I called and came back and they took care of me, and didn't pass the extra $$$ on my account. So I got a better car for the same price. Thank you Freddie.
