So many problems within 5 years of him putting in our pool. He would never return our calls after it was done for the problems we had covered under “warranty” they never honored. Brian Quigley cost us several thousand of dollars to fix their “stupid”. Don’t work with them when your pool is done you will never reach him again regarding anything. He will NOT return your calls. We are still having problems with the pool.
Brian built a BEAUTIFUL pool and patio for us. His creativity and design are wonderful and so appreciated. We love our pool and patio. Our only complaints have to do with followup after completion. We had a leak in the auto fill system, which someone was sent to repair, but we still have a small leak. After many calls, Brian did send someone to resurface the "beach" and steps after the plaster had hairline cracks, which was within a year after completion of the pool.
