dr priest is a lizard person she wasted my whole morning $285 later still no presciption for eyeware the whole reason i was there was to get a prescription she just is a rude an ugly person i dont have insurancei am out of pocket paying i need glassesnow she told me to go to lens crafters and get an eyetest done there.

On June 5, 2023 I had eyes examined, and new lenes were recommended. Optical shop in Quigley building located at 6091 South Pointe Blvd sent "my" titanium frames and order to lab. On June 20, 2023 I visited Quigley Optical, and asked where are my glasses? They had no idea, but gave me some BS excuse. On June 26, 2023 got a call that there was some confusion at lab, and they hoped my glasses would arrive by Tuesday, but likely Wednesday. I went to Quigley eye center on Olean Boulevard in Port Charlotte for my eyes. The doctor that examined me was very nice. I don’t have a problem with him but I do have a problem with the customer service after about a week and a half I called back to check on my eyeglasses because I was going out of state for a couple of months and I wanted to see if they were possibly in . Absolutely worst experience in 25 years that I've had here as a German in my vacation home in Cape Coral. For the first time I had to ask this institution for help. After my payment, my request for a treatment certificate and a copy of the prescription was extremely rude and unfriendly refused. They didn't even answer my question as to where I could get them from. I need this to settle accounts with my German health insurance company.
