Great customer service at the front desk. Doctor was great and friendly. Reviewed everything on what to expext pre and post surgery. I highly recommend using them.
We had a consultation appointment today and the receptionist Courtney B. was not very pleasant with tone and customer service abilities.
I just wanted give some praise to the team that helped with my operation. Coastal VIrginia Oral Surgery did such a great job! Administrative/Front desk were so responsive and kind. I had a back tooth that had to be removed, with a bit of anxiety leading up to the process. Cynthia and Dr. Yeh were absolute Rockstars and literally had my tooth out in like 15 minutes flat. If I could give 12 stars I would. From the first time I spoke on the phone to the front desk, to the time of the consultation, to surgery day, before, during and after surgery, our experience was beyond amazing. Every person we spoke to was kind and so helpful. They truly care for their patients there. My tooth broke this weekend to the point where it was cutting my tongue. They got me in on an emergency appointment to pull that tooth today. I was so grateful, I couldn't go another day in pain. I love when you feel like your doctor is in their profession because they truly enjoy what they do but more importantly they make it a point to establish rapport and make patients feel comfortable.
