Buyer beware. Very poor customer service, long delays getting parts and no satisfaction from management around complaints. Waited 2 months to get an RV furnace fixed. Asked numerous times for a cost estimate and update. They finally fixed it but the cost was much higher than expected.- nearly $800.00 including $250 in labor for a 20 minute call plus a $65.00 service fee. STAY AWAY!! We purchased a "new to us" travel trailer that was only 2 seasons old. Sharp camper, love the layout. When we walked through the camper on-site we did not see any issues. Fast foward 2 weeks, camper is delivered on a rainy weekend. We end up with a puddle of water coming from under the fridge. We are told that something likely jarred loose in transit, which is the most probably explanation. No problem, just come up and caulk, fix, whatever needs to be done under warranty. Absolutely the worst customer service and service department I have ever experienced. I would stay as far away from this company as you can. Absolutely no service after the sale. Even warranty claims are not handled properly. Ordered replacements for us and each time we drive hours to get THE WARRANTY taken care of to find out they ordered the wrong parts AGAIN!
Been a long time customer from a campground in the county. Who ever this character is that thinks he is the service manager is a joke. He couldn't manage his way out of a wet paper bag. He managed to "loose" my information, tech went to my camper twice, parts department never ordered parts according to Matt, also tried blaming co-workers but he is the "manager" ? I would give them ZERO stars if I could. The customer service here sucks!! I have been trying to get my awning replaced for 2.5 months. All I get is no one wrote the estimate up. Then it was a hand written estimate. My insurance company called to get a better estimate, they never responded. Today Matt MELVITZ called because I left a very nice message telling them their costumer service sucked. He tells me he doesn’t appreciate that!! Oh yeah?
