Excellent paddling adventure on the Rio Grande! Our guide was named Rio and he was knowledgeable, interesting, fun and really knew the river’s currents and potential hazards well which really helped myself and my family members feel safe. The scenery was beautiful and the mild to moderate currents along our way made the paddling adventure that much more fun! Rented 2 Old town twister kayaks to enjoy a day on the Rio Grande. Pick up was very easy. Short bed truck & the owner helped us ratchet strap in. Also provided us with helpful information. Early July the water can get shallow at certain points, but we got lucky & enjoyed a wonderful day on the river. 3 hours on the river & Quiet Waters had their loading equipment where we decided to get out. Overall fantastic time. Easy to navigate. Very kind management. Looking forward to using them again in the future.
