This was my first time using this title company, and I have to say I'm glad the buyers selected Quiet Title. Chris Goebel was professional, responsive and provided sage advice which saved me 10's of $1,000s in state withholding by recommending I apply for the exemption in the front end. I'm still waiting for the state tax refund on the back end of selling another property. Quiet Title will be my choice going forward on any real estate closing transactions.
