NY Metro Sleep is amazing! I changed from the C-Pap to an oral device their dentist made to custom fit my mouth. My first sleep study in 2021 when I was diagnosed was 24 wake up’s per hour, 10 seconds or more of no breathing each time. In 2024 the sleep study showed 10 wake ups per hour and with the oral device it was 1 wake up per hour. I worked with Lizette on the oral device. They are awesome and the sleep study technician was great, too. Highly recommend. And there’s free parking!
At first I was very skeptical about sleeping with this device in my mouth ,but boy i was wrong, this thing changed my life. now sleep right through the night with zero snoring. This is a life saver..and the staff are wonderful with explaining now is works and make me felt comfortable to give it to try..and for that I must say thanks
I love this mouth guard it has helped me out so much.
Lissette and staff were great! They're all knowledgeable and professional. I found the mouth piece worked better for me than the CPAP machine. Feeling a lot better in the morning.
