RecommendedAs someone who has lived here at Shady Estates since 2001, I can say that Ms Becky has been the best manager we have had, as well as her husband David..Becky is available to listen and promptly rectify any concerns/complaints you may have..since she lives on site, that means she is familiar and aware of things that may be going on in the park...I have always felt safe living here, it is for the most part pretty quiet, with mainly sounds of children playing..which is a good thing! RecommendedIf your looking for a quiet peaceful, clean place to live Shady Estates is a perfect choice. Ms. Becky & Mr. David Sharp run Shady Estates, they are great managers that also live in the park. Having a manager in the park is a bonus. Ms. Becky helped me so much during our move in. If you need a question answered about your rent or any situation to do with the park, in my case the permit for electrical, she was there to help me talk to the right person. we live in this park. since 2017. rent started out 234/month then went to 350/month now we just got another notice that its 450/month the hell with this park. way the hell over priced. its more then our freaking house note. get over yourself people its a lot space.
