Horrible service. Although the product defects do not reflect the company, the follow up and customer service were HORRIBLE! The owner, Donald, accused me of "squeaking" because I questioned things. Also, I was accused of having them come out to my house for NO Reason! I spent about $12,000.00 for mini splits and a hybrid hot water heater in the fall of 2022.
