Horrible customer service I called in and placed and order I was told it would be about 20 mins. I get to the store 30 mins later and they make me pay for the food then start making the order !!!! it should have already been ready. The cashier tells it will be a few mins. Well… it took almost another hour. So I explained about the wait and how long I was waiting and if they give me a could give me piece of coco bread with my order to compensate for the wait they said No and this ain’t fast food. For the price definitely not enough oxtail, the taste was average.
The food is AMAZINGGGGG!!!the only one in Charlotte that is authentic and not watered down!!!
