I had a very disappointing experience with this trailer shop. They added an extra charge for a DOT inspection that was never clearly communicated upfront. When I questioned it, the customer service team was not only unhelpful but also misleading, giving me different stories each time I asked for clarification. This trailer shop was a bad experience. They added extra charges for a DOT inspection without telling me first. The customer service lied, gave poor communication, and even made false claims instead of fixing the problem. Very unprofessional — I would not recommend this place.
